You control what you type; please do not include sensitive medical details.
  • Basic website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It reports aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, referring websites, and general device or country data. It does not set tracking cookies, build advertising profiles, or follow you across other websites.
  • Standard technical logs. Like most websites, our host records limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) briefly, for security and reliability.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you about services and scheduling.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are helpful so we can improve the site.
  • To protect the security and integrity of the website.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it.

How your information is handled and shared

Because the contact form is delivered by email, it is not an encrypted, HIPAA-secured channel. Any clinical relationship, scheduling, and health records are handled separately and directly by the practice after we follow up with you.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain ordinary business records. You may ask us to delete an inquiry you sent (see “Your choices” below).

Your choices

  • You can skip the contact form and reach us by phone instead.
  • You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted through the form.
  • Because our analytics is cookieless and anonymous, there is nothing tied to you personally to opt out of.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do offer therapy for teens, but inquiries about a minor should be made by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this website.
