Compass Mental Health Services is in-network with most major Utah insurers, so therapy in Orem and across Utah is covered for most clients. Self-pay is $130 / session, and we also accept Bishop’s / clergy pay. Insurance is the first thing most people check — here’s the full list before you book.

How much is therapy without insurance?

Self-pay is $130 per session.

Are there any plans a specific therapist can’t take?

Yes — Skyler Packard, ACMHC, is not able to bill UMR or United Healthcare. If you have one of those plans, Devin Dutson, LCSW, or Sara Christensen, LCSW, can help.
